What payment methods do you accept?

When will I be charged?

Your account will be charged as soon as your order shipped.

What is 'local' shipping?

Local shipping means you live nearby our warehouse, in or around the Vaudreuil-Dorion/ Saint-Lazare area. You can expect your package to be delivered within 3 business days. We will email you to arrange a delivery date and time.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your inquiry. Once your order has been accepted and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.

How long will my order take to be processed?

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 24 – 48 working hours as a guide.

Can I bring my wine purse in my car if there is alcohol in it?

It may be illegal to operate a vehicle with these products in the passenger area of a vehicle if the product contains alcohol. It is the responsibility of the user to inform themselves of open container laws in their region.

To be sure, put your purse in the trunk of your car if it is filled with alcohol.


What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy allows returns for exchange within the first 30 days after a purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it arrived and must be returned in the original packaging. If you are returning a product please e-mail us via our contact form here and provide us with an explanation for the return.
If your item was received in a damaged or defective state, please provide us with a photo. In such a case, return postage will be credited.

How long will my order take to arrive?
