De-Vine Purses, etc. is not responsible for any actions taken by the consumers of our products. It may be illegal to drive with these products in the passenger area of a vehicle if the product contains alcohol. It is the responsibility of the user to inform themselves of open container laws in their region.
Wine Purses/Totes are not intended for use where consumption of alcohol is prohibited by law.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns:
Our returns policy allows returns for exchange within the first 30 days after a purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it arrived and must be returned in the original packaging. If you are returning a product please e-mail us via our contact form here and provide us with an explanation for the return.
If your item was received in a damaged or defective state, please provide us with a photo. In such a case, return postage will be credited.
Exchanges:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the conditions above are adhered to, a credit will be processed to your account, which will allow you to repurchase the returned item or to purchase other merchandise.
Privacy Policy
De-Vine Purses, etc. will under no circumstances sell or share your information with other companies or individuals. Only first names and last initials of contest winners and (if the winner’s permission is given) a photo, will be shared on our Facebook page and in our newsletter to announce contest winners.
